The woman accusing Florida State star quarterback Jameis Winston of sexually assaulting her in December of 2012 gave at least two different versions of event stemming from the night in question, according to TomahawkNantion.com
In all, the website reports Tallahassee police have been forced to weigh four different versions of what happened at an off-campus party where there had been drinking on the night of Dec. 7, as two other witnesses also gave varying accounts of events as told to them by the victim.
Police are expected to announce on Thursday if the Heisman Trophy candidate who leads the nation's top-ranked team will be criminally charged in the case.
According to Tomahawk Nation, at best, the complaintant's memory of that night seems incomplete, with the alleged victim once describing him the suspect as being 6'2" but less than an hour later as 5'9" to 5' 11."
The website adds the complainant is not the one who called police and that she told another friend that she was hit on the head during the party and blacked out during the attack.
At the end of their initial report, investigators reportedly indicate that the case is being because the alleged victim hastily stops cooperating with police.
