Mundo Deportivio initially denied talks between Enrique and PSG though it clarified that the Spanish tactician does not rule out returning to a managerial position.
He is building his own team already
Enrique has yet to set foot in the PSG locker room but reports claim he already has his eyes on several youngsters.
One of which is 22-year-old Brazilian Rodrygo, who he allegedly wants to sign from Real Madrid and swap with Kylian Mbappe. The French superstar is recently on the rumor mills linking him to the Los Blancos.
Former Real Madrid goalkeeper Paco Buyo first floated this rumor.
"Luis Enrique likes Rodrygo a lot, and PSG would like to include him in a deal for Mbappé, but there is no possibility. Regarding a deal for Mbappé, Real Madrid will not exceed €150M," Buyo said.
Another player that Enrique specifically requests to have is João Félix of Atletico Madrid, who was loaned to Chelsea this year.
