Another game, another record broken by the Denver Nuggets.

The compelling duo of Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray became the first pair of teammates to put up 30-point triple-doubles in the same game in NBA history, whether regular season, playoffs, or Finals.

Jokic put up 32 points, 21 boards, and ten dimes in the Nuggets' comfortable 109-94 victory in Game 3 of the 2023 NBA Finals on Wednesday, putting them up 2-1 in the best-of-seven series.

Murray led the Nuggets in scoring with 34 points, adding 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Nuggets head coach Mike Malone called it their greatest performance as a duo in seven years together so far.

Nikola Jokic Puts Up Unprecedented Finals Statline

Jokic put up numbers that have never been seen before in an NBA Finals game. He is the first player to have a 30-20-10 game on basketball's biggest stage.

The two-time MVP was just happy to win the game after dropping Game 2 on their home floor, stating that the incredible statline does not mean that much to him.

Jokic extended the record for most triple-doubles in a single postseason, claiming his 10th tonight.

Rookie Christian Braun was a huge spark off the bench for Denver, contributing 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting from the field.

The 22-year-old is the first Western Conference rookie to put up a 15-point Finals game since Sam Cassell in 1994 with the Houston Rockets.
