Giannis Antetokounmpo is ready to switch sports soon.

In a tweet, the Bucks superstar mentioned that he was scrolling through social media, and perhaps had seen news regarding the staggering amount of money offered to Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Karim Benzema to play football in the Saudi Pro League.

"If you're looking for a goalie for next season, let me know," the 2021 NBA Finals MVP jokingly said.

Saudi Arabia's Gigantic Offer to Football Superstars

Cristiano Ronaldo was the first big name lured to play in Saudi Arabia when he agreed to a two-and-a-half-year deal with club Al-Nassr worth $215 million annually on the last day of 2022.

Karim Benzema confirmed this week that he will leave Real Madrid in favor of Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad. His deal is reportedly worth $643 million for three years, but an official announcement has yet to be made.

The most extensive offer from among Saudi clubs has been directed to Lionel Messi, who currently has a two-year, $1.3 billion deal waiting to be signed. However, the Argentine is prioritizing a return to FC Barcelona.

While having a massive height is ideal for goalkeepers to be able to swat away shots, Antetokounmpo's 6-foot-11 frame is less than an inch taller than the tallest recorded football player in history, goalkeeper Simon Bloch Jørgensen, who stands at 6-foot-10.6, according to Goal.com.

Antetokounmpo showed his football skills at a blowout game in the 2021 playoffs.

The Milwaukee Bucks also toured the facilities of Paris Saint-Germain in early 2020 when they visited France for the NBA Paris Game 2020 vs. the Hornets.
