Today at 2:45 p.m. ET, Liverpool and Norwich City go head-to-head in Barclays Premier League action live from Anfield in England. The game can be live streamed here.
Liverpool front man Luis Suarez poses a big threat to Norwich, and manager Chris Hughton is well aware of it and will hope his team is up to the task after a 1-0 home win over Crystal Paris. Suarez has scored seven goals against Norwich in his last three games against them.
"It is not only us. It seems like Suarez is putting everyone to the sword at the moment because he is a super player,'' Hughton said per ESPN. "You have to have be on your game because he is as good as there is and we are talking about one of the top strikers in the country. When he is on his day, Suarez is very difficult to handle. You just have to be very much on top of your own game and hope he doesn't have one of his better ones.''
Liverpool fell 3-1 at Hull on Sunday and will look to bounce back and with top scorer Daniel Sturridge sidelined the team will look to find offense from other sources.
"In the time I've been here we've never lost two [league] games on the spin and that's really down to the positivity of the players and how they can bounce back and recover after a defeat,'' manager Brendan Kelly said via ESPN. ''It's that type of league; if you lose a game, you can drop a few places. If you win a couple of games on the spin, it will keep you up there."
He added: ''Our idea was to get through to the midway point being in and around the top positions, which we have been until now. The league has shown this year, as much as any other time at this level, that it's very unpredictable and the score line [at Hull] probably suggested that."
Philippe Coutinho is healthy enough to return to the lineup after spending Sunday on the sidelines while Norwich will be without Elliott Bennett (knee), goalkeeper Mark Bunn and midfielder Alexander Tettey (both ankles) for the matchup.
Liverpool and Norwich are both in search of wins when they take the pitch this afternoon in England.
