The card for WWE's TLC pay-per-view in less than two weeks on Dec. 15 at the Toyota Center in Houston has begun to take shape, but the latest backstage news regarding the unification tables, ladders and chairs match between World Heavyweight Champion John Cena and WWE Champion Randy Orton is that there will probably be some kind of false finish.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reported Tuesday that speculation around the WWE is that there will be some sort of "screwy ending" to the pay-per-view match between Cena and Orton later this month that will not reach a resolution of having only one champion.

The speculation comes from the WWE website and the storylines on RAW putting a lot of emphasis on The Authority's possible involvement with the match and with The Authority "guaranteeing" that there will definitely be one winner, all signs indicate that something out of the ordinary will happen at the event.

It was reported Monday that the WWE was planning on some sort of twist ending that would see Cena walk out with Orton's WWE Championship while Orton would emerge with Cena's World Heavyweight Championship leaving both titles still not unified as they would just swap holders. If it happens, this could possibly lead to a WrestleMania XXX match to once and for all unify the belts if the WWE's plans to have Cena tag with a returning Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania fall through.

It was announced on RAW through the WWE App that the winner of the Cena-Orton match--if there is one--will be called the Unified Champion.

In addition, four more matches have been added to the card when the event kicks off in less than two weeks. Damien Sandow defeated Dolph Ziggler on this week's RAW to earn an Intercontinental Championship match against Big E Langston at TLC while Natalya earned a WWE Divas Championship match against A.J. Lee at the event as well.

The WWE also announced two three-on-one handicap matches for the event as Daniel Bryan will take on Luke Harper, Erick Rowan and Bray Wyatt in a handicap match while CM Punk takes on Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in a short-handed match on the card.

More matches will be determined within the next week or so, but it appears as though the WWE has something more than meets the eye planned for the Orton vs. Cena unification match at TLC.
