Lamar Odom was spotted in a Boston airport en route to Los Angeles on Wednesday and told E! News reporters "he needed to get back to Khloe."
Hours after Odom was rumored to be involved in discussions with reality TV wife Khloe Kardashian about divorce demands; he was allegedly demanding $10 million not to spill family secrets and the return of the six-figure engagement ring he gave her. Odom seemed in festitive spirits as he made his way home for the first time in weeks.
Several media outlets have recently reported the 34-year NBA veteran has spent the last several weeks training at his Rhode Island alma mater in hopes of launching an NBA return. Days before leaving for the trip, Odom spent more than two hours in an intense meeting with L.A. Clippers coach Doc Rivers about perhaps rejoining the team he played for last season.
"It's been really good for Lamar a source told E! of the training sessions. "He is more at ease, so to speak. Lamar is upbeat and everything has been all positive. He thinks he can be back in the league."
Odom, 34, told E! he and Kardashian are "still together and trying to work things out."
