Five-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and six other players will have a rating of 99 Overall in Madden NFL 19.

Brady, who is the current NFL Most Valuable Player, also accumulated the 99 rating at the start of Madden NFL 18 but eventually dropped to 97. However, the four-time Super Bowl MVP managed to bounce back with a 98 just in time for the playoffs.

In the current game which will be released by EA Sports on Aug. 7, Brady has a rate of 99 in stamina, awareness, throw accuracy and play action. Additionally, Brady also has a 96 rating on under pressure, which is the newest category in the game. Moreover, his catch rating also improved from the range of 38 to 39 after a massive drop to 45 in the Super Bowl.

Tom Brady's Teammate Also Has 99 Rating

Aside from the 40-year-old Brady, New England Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski also sustained his 99 rating from Madden NFL 18. The multifaceted receiver has a 97 catch in traffic rating to go along with a 97 stiff arm, 94 spectacular catch, a 95 catching rate, and a trucking average of 86.

Los Angeles Rams defensive specialist Aaron Donald also posted spectacular ratings with a 99 in play recognition while accumulating a 98 and 97 in power move and strength respectively. Not to be outdone is Von Miller of the Denver Broncos who garnered a single-point in both the agility and finesse move categories.

On the other hand, Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Pirates also joined the elite list with breathtaking 99s on ball carrier vision, catching, and catch in traffic. He also has an agility score of 98 as well as 97s on juke move and elusiveness.

Madden NFL 19 To Add More Players With 99s

Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers also snagged a 99 rating despite appearing in just seven games last year. The phenomenal quarterback is right up there with Brady with a throw under pressure rating of 96 and 97 average on the throw on the run classification.

Completing the list was Luke Kuechly of the Carolina Panthers who has remarkable ratings of 99 in stamina, awareness, toughness, and play recognition. In addition, Kuechly also tallied a 98 on tackles while registering 97 and 90 in pursuit and block shedding respectively.

Besides the seven, numerous reports suggest that EA Sports will likely consider adding more 99s in the future. Among the projected athletes who are expected to reach the mark are Bobby Wagner, Khalil Mack, JJ Watt, and Julio Jones.

The Madden NFL series, which can be played on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, will now be available in PC for the first time in more than a decade.
