SmackDown women's champion Alexa Bliss is set to defend her title at WrestleMania 33 against all female superstars on the blue brand's roster that are available. The latest WWE rumors imply that Eva Marie could end up making her return in the title match at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

In this week's episode of SmackDown Live, general manager Daniel Bryan announced that the champion has to defend her championship at WrestleMania 33, per WWE.com. As of this writing, former SmackDown women's champion Becky Lynch, former Divas champion Natalya and six-time women's champion Mickie James are going after WWE's "Wicked Witch."

But Nikki Bella and Maryse, who are both former Divas champions, will surely not be participating because they are slated to battle at WrestleMania 33 in their own match. Nikki will team up with real-life boyfriend John Cena to take on the real-life married couple of The Miz and Maryse.

However, the three women are not the only female superstars on SmackDown Live that will be available at WrestleMania 33. Carmella could be inserted in the mix if she and James Ellsworth are not busy shopping or doing something fans really don't care.

According to Cageside Seats, the WrestleMania 33 match for the SmackDown women's title was left open for Naomi, as well as missing superstar Eva Marie. WWE officials are still hoping the Naomi, who suffered an MCL injury at Elimination Chamber, will get cleared.

On the other hand, Eva Marie will likely have an open schedule by WrestleMania 33 so she is expected to make an appearance. "Ms. All Red Everything" is currently on hiatus since August after failing a WWE Wellness Policy Test.

There were WWE rumors stating that she might be gone from the company but that's not the case. She is still under contract and she is set to star in two films this year titled "Inconceivable" and "Action No. 1".

Eva Marie was on a roll as a heel character before she got suspended before SummerSlam 2016. She is still one of the best heat magnets in the WWE along with Roman Reigns and the company knows she is going get a lot of reaction if she appears at WrestleMania 33.
