The evidences are out in the open. The investigation initiated by Colorado State University (CSU) has yielded a shocking result about the mentor of the school's basketball team for men.

It has been found that Coach Larry Eustachy instituted an approach that capitalized on trepidation and bullying. The university's fact-finding team, which began its inquiries back in 2013, has concluded that fear and threat were used as weapons to keep players and personnel concerned on track with the program.

Documents have shown that fourteen players and athletic staff members have been interviewed by the investigating committee. The probe, which CSU President Tony Frank approved, has been led by former Athletic Director Jack Graham, former Deputy Athletic Director John Morris and Current Executive Associate Senior Athletic Director Steve Cottingham.

During the course of the inquiry, Eustachy has admitted to going overboard with his methods in pushing his team to adhere to his system. At one point, he has acknowledged cursing his assistant coaches. Overall, the man who oversaw the men's basketball program since 2012 has introduced coercion as a method to get everyone going.

However, Eustachy has been quick to voice out his frustration with the committee for laying out the findings of the investigation in public. In a statement, he says that his imperfections had led him to mend his ways.

In addition to the coach's flares, it has also been known that Eustachy tossed and broke drawing boards inside the locker rooms. Intact soda cans have also been thrown.

According to Graham, the committee believes that what the investigation had accumulated is enough to oust the men's basketball mentor. Frank, however, has advised the past Athletic Director that the coach will be subjected to a personal improvement phase that includes anger management sit-ins.

Former point guard Jon Octeus shares that playing for the coach has been hard. He adds that many players were not up to it.

Compared to the 2013-14 season, former forward J.J. Avila points out that Eustachy has toned down his acts as of late.

The investigation against the CSU coach has taken 99 days to complete. Around 90 pages have been filled with facts about the inquiry.

Aside from the CSU Rams, Larry Eustachy has also assumed coaching roles at Iowa State, Southern Mississippi, Utah State and Idaho. He has been a head coach for 26 years.
