NFL players, most specifically high profile superstar quarterbacks, should probably learn a lesson or two when it comes to taking care of their stuff. Super Bowl game worn jerseys in particular. Just last week, in the recently concluded Super Bowl LI, New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady has his game worn jersey stolen from his bag, minutes after the New England Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons. Retired Hall of Famer quarterback Brett Favre also had a similar incident.

Former Green Bay Packers star quarterback Brett Favre recently said in an interview with Fox Business Network that his game worn jersey from his first Super Bowl championship was also missing, according to a report from CBS Sports. Brett Favre won his first championship in Super Bowl XXXI back in January 1997. The Green Bay Packers defeated, ironically, the New England Patriots, 35-21.

According to Brett Favre, his game worn jersey went missing moments after the Super Bowl game. Brett Favre said that he has no idea what happened to the jersey.

When Brett Favre was asked whether the jersey was stolen, he just said that he doesn't know where it is or where it went. It's also not clear when exactly Brett Favre actually lost his jersey.

"Well, I don't have it. I don't know where it is and where it went," Brett Favre said.

Brett Favre was asked during the interview if he had his jersey right after the Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl and Brett Favre said yes. Brett also added that the jersey could have easily been taken because of the confusion that's going on inside the locker room due to the celebration of winning the Super Bowl. A lot of people doing all sorts of stuff like showering, grabbing laundry, and celebrating.

Tom Brady has his jersey stolen inside the locker room after Super Bowl LI. Apparently, this is the second that Tom Brady's Super Bowl jersey went missing.

In an interview last week with WEEI in Boston, Tom Brady said that his jersey was also stolen two years ago moments after Super Bowl XLIX. There are speculations, however, that Tom Brady's jersey might just be misplaced, via a report from The Washington Post.
