He said that his diet essentially consists of all-natural whole wheat food items along with a mixed bag of carbohydrates, gluten, and diary-rich food. A share of veggies is also included in his diet.

Along with that is the addition of chocolate. While it may come across as a surprise to many, a raw chocolate dessert makes up much of Tom Brady's diet. In fact, according to a report published by New York Times, one of the favorite treats for Brady is chocolate avocado ice cream. What's more? It's anti-inflammatory and ensures that Tom Brady remains fit and healthy.

Among the fruits that Tom Brady consumes is strawberry. This too, similar to chocolate consists of an anti-inflammatory essence, making it possible for him to look and feel young.

Like mentioned previously, veggies to comprise a big part of Tom Brady's diet. Among the greens that he consumes is broccoli. This vegetable consists of high levels of glucosinolate compounds which are known to decrease the production of pro-inflammatory mediators on the genetic level.
