After 16 seasons, 1, 398 games and four NBA titles, Tim Duncan's decline may finally be arriving.

In arguably the worst night of his NBA career, Duncan scored just two points and missed 11 of 12 shots in San Antonio's 92-79 win over Washington Wednesday night. Over his first seven games, he's averaging just 11.7 points per game, the latest average of his Hall of fame bound career.

Duncan has also missed two games with a bruised chest and is shooting just 39 percent in addition to averaging the lowest rebounding numbers ( 7.0) of his career. The Hall of Fame bound forward was also held to just one field goal against the Knicks earlier this month and recorded just eight points against Golden State two nights before his Madison Square Garden showing.

It's been a trying last few months for Duncan, who over the summer was divorced from longtime wife and college sweetheart . Amy Duncan filed from for divorce from her husband and father of her two small children earlier in the year, citing irreconcilable differences.

Over the course of the proceedings she hinted that she long suspected her husband might be gay or bixsexual and he admitted he once hired a private investigator to tail her because he suspected she might be cheating.
