Rob Gronkowski To Star In 'Entourage' Movie? Gronk Does Hollywood Joining Vinny Chase, Johnny Drama On Big Screen? [VIDEO]

New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski is set to star in a big-screen version of "Entourage" alongside such Hollywood A-listers as Jeremy Piven and Adrian Grenier.

According to TMZ, the movie starts shooting in January and the NFL star's theatrical manager Henry Penzi confirms he will play himself in the film and begin shooting his scenes sometime after the Patriots' season ends.

The news comes as a welcome change of subject for Gronkowski who earlier this week came under heavy fire for his behavior at a fan-themed Q&A session where he was captured on video mocking an Asian fans with taunts of "Leslie Chow."

Witnesses told TMZ Gronkowski shouted over the microphone for all to hear "They told me he could only cook fried rice" in the direction of an Asian fan sporting his jersey. Not long after, Gronkowski began calling the man "Leslie Chow," the name of the Ken Jeong character from "The Hangover."

TMZ adds at least one of Gronkowski's handlers seemed to immediately realize he may have crossed the line and took to the microphone to remind everyone in the audience that they had signed waivers agreeing to hand over ALL cell phone footage.

It's been a nightmare season for the Patriots when it comes to public relations. Former star tight end Aaron Hernandez remains jailed without bail on first degree murder charges and is also rumored to be a suspect in an unsolved 2012 double-slaying as well as part of an intra-state gun-ring.
