During last year's PlayStation Experience, "The Last of Us 2" was finally capped out by its developer, Naughty Dog. Right after it was announced, the hype surrounding the game has increased day by day ever since.

Now, its director has sent out a bit of hint as to what gamers might expect. According to Yibada, the trailer clearly shows that Joel and Ellie are back for some heavy duty action.

While there are those that are very interested in deciphering what the hidden message on the song that Ellie was singing. The trailer shows Ellie singing the song, "Through the Valley", which is a song by Shawn James. It is also biblically inspired from Psalms 23.

Despite its lyrics directly taken from the bible, the rendition that James had is modernized. If one was then to put it in a date format, it would easily read April 23.

But according to some reports, the release of the game could be well beyond this year, and possibly even 2019. There are also those that speculate its release date by next year.

Druckmann also discusses the details about the finale of the first game. He says that it was heavily influence by his own personal politics. According to Daily Star, this could then have an effect on the "The Last of Us 2", which will also have its own personal politics, making the plotline more interesting and mysterious at the same time.

With all of these being said, one thing is safe to assume, and that this game would be a massive hit for gamers of all ages. Let's just wait until the game gets released, and then we'll see what the future holds for it.
