'John Wick: Chapter 2' Latest Updates: Keanu Reeves Reintroduced To Continental Hotel, Original Cast To Make Comeback

Lionsgate's Summit Entertainment, the film distributor of 'John Wick: Chapter 2' has just shown to the world the very first clip from the upcoming movie. In the clip, Keanu Reeves takes a visit to the famous Continental Hotel.

The Continental Hotel takes Center Stage

'John Wick: Chapter 2' will be the sequel to the 2014 movie, 'John Wick'. Filming began last October 2016. Based on what was shown on the clip, Keanu Reeves enters the Continental Hotel together with his very own rescue dog.

According to Polygon, John Wick is reintroduced to a place that he is familiar of. The hotel is the favorite place of hitmen as it is where they can live freely without the fear of retribution.

'John Wick: Chapter 2' will have a story that focuses on the comeback of a retired assassin named John Wick. This is due to the threat of someone seizing total control of a dangerous assassin's guild.

Wick will then make it to Rome, Italy where he will find the most dangerous assassins in the world, all teamed up together. According to University Herald, 'John Wick: Chapter 2' will also be bringing back the original casts from the previous movie.

Comeback of Major Roles

Surely, this will be a sight to behold, as it will relive the action and thrill of the original film. Meanwhile, there will also be fresh faces to the movie, as Laurence Fishburn, Ruby Rose, and Peter Stormare will take up major roles.

The presence of these characters would all help in making the storyline of 'John Wick: Chapter 2' more intense and thrilling. Reports also suggest that Keanu Reeves will also be reuniting with Laurence Fishburne. The reunion of the two Matrix characters will surely entice viewers to take part in watching this thriller.

'John Wick: Chapter 2' will premiere on cinemas this coming Feb. 10, 2017.
