Jonathan Martin Hazing Scandal: Coach Joe Philbin, GM Jeff Ireland Expected To Be Fired? [ VIDEO]

Speculation is growing that the Miami Dolphins plan to terminate GM Jeff ireland and coach Joe Philbin in the wake of the Jonathan Martin hazing, bullying scandal.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, owner Stephen Ross is outraged by all the newly found notoriety and is leaning toward a massive overhaul to clean up all the mess.

Sources tell the website Ross is awaiting findings uncovered by league-hired special investigator Ted Wells before making any final decisions, but is thought to be clearly outraged by what has leaked thus far.

Martin walked out on the team and has since sought psychological counseling amid claims he was routinely tortured and harassed by teammates, most notably veteran guard Richie Incognito, who sent him voice and text messages mocking him as a "half nigger" and threatening to "kill him."

Attorneys for Martin have since contended that Incognito, and even other teammates, tortured and hazed their client to the point he felt no other option but to bolt the team in a desperate cry for help.

ProFootball speculates that the only thing that might save both Ireland and Philbin is a playoff run the like of what Bill Belichick engineered in 2007 following his Spygate themed controversy in New England.
