Richie Incognito Sexual Harassment? Female Volunteer At 2012 Dolphins Golf Event Accuses 'Bully' Rubbed Genitals On Her?

The public degeneration of Richie Incognito continues.

Miami-based local10.com unearthed a 2012 police report in which a woman alleged that Incognito sexually harassed her during a Miami Dolphins golf event.

Incognito recently was suspended by the Dolphins for his treatment of teammate Jonathan Martin. Several Dolphins teammates have come to Incognito's defense since a voicemail he left for Martin revealed that he threatened Martin and used a racial slur.

The woman, who was 34 years old at the time of the incident, filed a police report on May 18, 2012 against Incognito when she was working as a volunteer at the annual Fins Weekend Golf Tournament in Aventura, Fla.

The report, which local10.com obtained and posted on its website, said that an inebriated Incognito approached her, acting inappropriately. The woman said that Incognito rubbed a golf club on her private parts and then knocked a pair of sunglasses off her head with it.

"After that, he proceeded to lean up against her buttocks with his private parts as if dancing, saying "Let it rain, Let it Rain!" He finally finished his inappropriate behavior by emptying bottled water in her face," the report said.

The woman contacted her supervisor, who in turn notified Miami Dolphins security. A security representative assured the supervisor that the matter would be addressed, the report continued. The woman said that one of the event sponsors or organizers witnessed Incognito's actions but did not intervene.

She added that former Dolphins wide receiver Nat Moore (the report had the name "Nate Moore") had heard about the incident and apologized to her. Moore also told her the incident would be handled.

The volunteer, however, finally went to the police station to file the report because she believed that nothing was being done. She wanted Incognito to apologize.

"She felt like he didn't care and thought the whole incident was in fun and games. Other people apologized for him, but not him," the report said.

The NFL currently is investigating Incognito's treatment of Martin and whether the organization mishandled the incident, which has mushroomed in media coverage.
