The New York Daily News is reporting Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have put their Tarzana, Calif. mansion up for sale at $4 million.
According to the newspaper, the property is being advertised as a pocket listing, meaning any prospective buyer will first have to show the financial means to purchase the home before being allowed to view it.
Sources told The News the reality TV star and her NBA husband purchased the home in 2009 at at a cost of $3.95 million. The News adds it was Kardashian's idea to put the property on the market and she is looking to "start fresh and move on."
No one seems certain what that may mean for the troubled couple's four-year union. The two have spent much of the summer living apart, as Odom has been dogged by allegations of drug use and infidelity.
Perplexing matters all the more is the fact that for the first time in months the couple has been spotted out and about in public together, including at a recent Kanye West concert at Staples Center where the two sat side-by-side.
On Wednesday, Odom celebrated his 34th birthday and reportedly his wife "invited him over and had a little party planned," The News reported. In recent weeks, Odom, now a free agent, has also talked about restarting his NBA career and recently met with Lakers front office officials about perhaps rejoining the team.
