It may be the offseason, but Odell Beckham Jr. continues to make some great catches.

The Giants wide receiver's personal life has been in headlines all offseason long, but after having to clear the air over a perceived flirtation with Khloe Kardashian, he was spotted out and about with singer Demi Lovato.

Beckham and Kardashian were seen getting close to one another at a party back in May, leading to speculation that the two were together. Kardashian lashed out at the reports when they first came to light and the NFL star also recently addressed them, saying he barely even knew the reality star personally.

"We were in the kitchen of the house, where there was only 15 people," Beckham told GQ. "It's just kind of like ... 'dating?' I just met this person. This is maybe the second conversation we've had."

Beckham also said the incident caused him to have to explain to his actions (or lack thereof) to a mystery significant other after the pictures of him getting close with the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star surfaced all over the place.

"Things go like that and then some other girl that I may have been talking to hears about it, and now it's more drama, more commotion in my life," he told the publication. "And I'm sitting here trying to explain my situation to somebody, and it's not even a situation."

Kardashian has been going through a divorce with ex-NBA star Lamar Odom, so it's likely Beckham would want to steer clear of that drama. The receiver, meanwhile, has been linked to singer Zendaya in the past and the mystery woman he alluded to could very well be Lovato, with whom he was seen on a date earlier this week.

Beckham and Lovatao, who split from longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama in June, were spotted together on a late night date in New York City.

"Odell came in around 11 p.m. alone, then Demi discreetly arrived about 10 minutes later," a source told Page Six. "They sat in a corner booth, and it definitely looked like a date. They looked very friendly and stayed until around 1:30 a.m."

Soon, it will be back to work for Beckham as the Giants open the season with a visit to the rival Cowboys in Dallas on Sept. 11.
