The Rodgers family patriarch has weighed in on the perceived rift in his family.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers' brother, Jordan Rodgers, is a contestant on "The Bachelorette" this season where he attempts to win JoJo Fletcher's heart. On the show, the former Super Bowl champion's brother has noted that his relationship with the Packers quarterback is a bit strained.

On this past Monday's episode of the show, Jordan brought Fletcher to his neighborhood to meet his family and his brother Aaron and his girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, were notably absent. The Rodgers' brother's father, Edward, weighed in on his son's distance to the family.

When talking about how Jordan may become famous, perhaps like his brother Aaron, Edward said on the show, "fame can change you," but added he isn't worried about that when it comes to Jordan.

It's possible that it was subtle dig at the quarterback, who apparently has been very distant from his family as of late. The five-time Pro Bowler has obviously been famous for a while due to his role on fall Sundays, but his popularity reached another stratosphere when he started dating Munn.

Though it's impossible to blame the "X-Men: Apocalypse" actress for every issue with the Rodgers clan, it's possible that the high-profile relationship has detered Rodgers away from his family.

Jordan has addressed his relationship -- or lack thereof -- with Aaron in the past on the reality show leading up to the visit.

"My middle brother won't be there," Jordan told JoJo in a previous episode, according to the New York Post. "Like I said, I have a great relationship with my brother Luke. Me and Aaron really don't have much of a relationship."

On this past Monday's episode, Jordan further went into the perceived family drama.

"It's just kind of the way he's chosen to do life, and I chose to stay close with my family, my parents and my brother," Jordan said. "It's not ideal, and I love him. I can't imagine what it's like to be in his shoes and have the pressure he has and the demands from people he has. Don't have hard feelings against him. It's just how things go right now."

Rodgers and Munn may eventually tie the knot and make a family of their own, but for now the quarterback's relationship with his immediate family remains difficult.
