With the brands set to split for the WWE, there are plenty of news and notes to be aware of.

The WWE Draft takes place Tuesday night on "SmackDown Live" as the organization divides its talent roster into two separate shows :"Monday Night RAW" and "SmackDown." The flagship show will be run by Stephanie McMahon, while her brother Shane McMahon is in charge of the Blue Brand.

Both McMahon siblings will pick their repsective GMs to run their shows on "RAW" this week. The WWE has released some rules regarding the WWE Draft on the eve of the big event. View our latest fantasy mock draft here.

The Rules

--"RAW" has the first overall pick in the Draft.
--Since "SmackDown" is two hours and "RAW" is three, for every two draft picks the Blue Brand receives, the flagship show will get three in return.
--Tag teams will count as one pick and stick together unless the general manager of a specific brand says they only want one of the Superstars.
--Six draft picks will come from the NXT roster.

Interesting Notes

--The Undertaker is notably absent from the list of Superstars set to be drafted. This is likely because he'll only be appearing at WrestleMania for the near future.
--Paul Heyman is not listed in association with Brock Lesnar, which could have something to do with the failed doping test of "The Beast" or could just be an oversight.
--Injured talents aren't listed as eligible for the draft. Randy Orton, who is set to return, is listed.
--Kane is listed as Demon Kane, not corporate Kane, which could negate him as a potential GM or mean the WWE will go back to the storyline of a split personality.
--The Wyatt Family could be split up since Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan are listed as singles stars. Luke Harper is injured, so he isn't listed as eligible.
--The Lucha Dragons may also be splitting because they are listed as singles Superstars.
--Triple H is not listed as a talent, meaning he could reemerge as a GM.
