Ayesha Curry was back to commenting about basketball on social media -- but this time it was all positive.

The wife of Warriors point guard Steph Curry caused quite a stir on social media during Golden State's run through the playoffs, which ultimately ended in an NBA Finals loss to the Cavaliers.

On Wednesday, Curry and his wife attended the 24th annual ESPY Awards, where he took home some hardware for "Best Record-Breaking Performance." The two-time and reigning NBA MVP won the award for for making 402 three-pointers during the NBA season.

Wednesday wasn't all about handing out awards as NBA players opened the show pleading to end the violence in America. The plea was made in the wake of the killings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling at the hands of police and subsequent Dallas shooting that killed five cops and injured seven others.

Ayesha took to Instagram after the ESPYs to share her pride for her husband, while also beaming about the message sent by the NBA:

Curry and the Warriors became the first team to ever blow a 3-1 series lead in the NBA Finals and lose when they fell to LeBron James and the Cavlaiers in Game 7. Wednesday couldn't have been easy as Curry watched the Cavaliers win the "Best Team" award and then James take home "Best NBA Player" honor, despite Curry leading the Warriors to a record 73 wins.

Ayesha made headlines for all the wrong reasons during Game 6 of the series. She took umbrage with the way the referees were calling the game and went so far as to call the NBA "rigged" as her husband's team faced a do-or-die Game 7.

She later expressed regret over the way she handled things.

"I was just a fan in that moment so I didn't think about the ramifications," Ayesha told People earlier this month. "I regret the way that I voiced how hurt I was. I felt hurt for [Steph], and I didn't mean to offend anybody. Obviously, what I wrote is not what I think about what he does for a living."

At least on Wednesday, it was all positive.
