The WWE will present one of the final editions of "RAW" before the WWE Draft this week live from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
This edition of the flagship show is the second-to-last episode before the WWE Draft on July 19 and also the second-to-last edition before "Battleground," which emanates from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. on July 24.
Here are five things to watch for on this week's show.
1) Vinnie Mac Is Back
WWE chairman Vince McMahon is set to return to "RAW" his week after being absent over the last few months. While the meaning behind his appearance is unknown at this time, it's likely he'll be there to hype up the upcoming WWE Draft and shed more light on the details of the brand split.
2) Shield Struggle
With Roman Reigns still serving his 30-day suspension for his wellness violation, it's up to Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to carry the build toward their main event clash at Battleground. The two former Shield members are two parts of the Triple Threat Match, but are in the odd position of building a storyline without one of the major parties. The WWE hasn't changed its plans for Battleground yet, but it remains to be seen if they will.
3) Realest Trio In The Room
The WWE made an interesting pairing last week by teaming up Enzo and Cass with John Cena during his feud with The Club, but the "Cenation" leader was nowhere to be seen on "SmackDown" when the babyface duo got involved with the heel trio. It'll be interesting to see if the WWE riffs off of that struggle. Cena, Enzo and Cass are set to battle The Club at Battleground on July 19.
4) Banks Statement
Sasha Banks has been building some momentum in the women's division, and she's set to go one-on-one with Dana Brooke his week on "RAW." It's likely "The Boss" will battle Charlotte either at Battleground or SummerSlam for the Women's Championship. Elsewhere in the division, Becky Lynch and Natalya are getting set for battle on July 24.
5) The Leftovers
The tag team division is heating up as the feud between The New Day and The Wyatt Family is set to continue. The buildup, which is expeced to lead to a Battleground match, has seen Xavier Woods show a very cautious side that hasn't been on display before. Elsewhere, The Miz will defend his Intercontinental Championship against the winner of a Battle Royal this week on "RAW," Zack Ryder continues to build momentum for a potential United States Championship showdown with Rusev and Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are set for a clash at Battleground.
