CHELSEA vs SCHALKE 04 Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: UEFA Champions League Group E Live Coverage from Stamford Bridge England

Today at 2:45 p.m. ET, Chelsea and Schalke 04 go at it in UEFA Champions League Group E action live from Stamford Bridge in England. The game can be live streamed here.

Boss Jose Mourinho saw Chelsea's six-game winning streak snap against New Castle this weekend, and is hopeful his team will use this Champions League match against Schalke to get back on the right track.

''When you win a lot, you cannot forget why you win,'' Mourinho told ESPN. ''You cannot think that you win just because you have a nice shirt or you are on a good run or you are in a lucky moment. When you think that, you are in trouble. You never can forget why you are winning matches and maybe we forgot."

Mourinho said he is hoping that his team doesn't forget the reasons for their success as well as their failures against Newcastle.

'I hope now they don't forget why they won a lot of matches and why they lost against Newcastle. If they have that clear in their minds we are fine," he said per ESPN.

In its last two Champions League matches, Chelsea has won 4-0 at Steaua Bucharest and 3-0 at Schalke, and it will look to continue that success after a month of October that saw the team win six times.

Fernando Torres suffered a leg injury in training that leaves him sidelined for this match, and he's due to undergo a scan Wednesday to determine the extent of his ailment. Left-back Ryan Bertrand is also absent after withdrawing from training Tuesday. The injuries have opened a door for Samuel Eto'o to get an opportunity.

"They work to play, they want to play, they are waiting for opportunities to play,'' Mourinho said per ESPN. ''Hopefully they can express on the pitch the way they work during the week.''

Chelsea overtook Schalke for the top spot in Group E two weeks ago and isn't looking to relinquish their hold anytime soon.

Schalke coach Jens Keller is excited for today's match and a chance for his club to prove itself.

''We haven't won yet against the big boys and we know we've got a really big game ahead of us here,'' Keller said, according to ESPN. ''We're not here just to be visitors. We want to take something from the game.''

Chelsea will look to begin a new winning streak while Schalke hopes to prove itself in a tough game when these two teams go head-to-head today in England.
