Months after her split from quarterback Johnny Manziel, Colleen Crowley was recently spotted with another football player -- one who actually still plays in the NFL.

The gorgeous model split from the former Browns quarterback earlier this year after they got into a horrific fight, which allegedly saw Manziel strike his then-girlfriend so hard that she temporarily lost hearing in her left ear.

Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins took to Instagram on Tuesday and shared a picture of himself hanging out with Crowley in Malibu.

While we're not here to speculate on whether this was a romantic hangout or just a post between two friends, it's nice to see Crowley moving on with her life and having a good time given what she went through.

Following their domestic incident earlier this year, Crowley disappeared from social media altogether. The Fort Worth Police Department's report shed light on just how ghastly the incident between the model and former Heisman Trophy winner was.

According to the report, the incident included Manziel "forcing her into a car, hitting her, and dragging her by the hair" and the former Browns signal caller told his then-girlfriend to "shut up or I'll kill us both."

The incident spilled from Manziel's car to Crowley's apartment and apparently was the final straw for their relationship. Crowley has done her best to move on, while the quarterback has had a flurry of incidents, but recently announced he plans on staying sober to pursue a return to the NFL.

While Manziel hunts down a return to the NFL -- possibly in 2017 at the earliest -- Hopkins will suit up for the Texans in 2016. The 24-year-old had 111 receptions for 1,521 yards with 11 touchdowns last season for Houston.

Manziel, 23, has had a lot of trouble staying away from the party scene and was also recently indicted by a Dallas jury for the incident with Crowley.

The former quarterback was also recently sued for allegedly causing $32,000 worth of damage to a home he and his party friends rented for a two-day alcohol and drug-fueled binge in Los Angeles. On top of his incidents, Manziel has been involved in at least two vehicular accidents as well this offseason.

He'll have to overcome a lot of his own problems to ever make it back to the NFL.
