Heading into this week's editions of WWE programming, there were different rumors as to what John Cena would be doing at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view Nov. 24 at the TD Garden in Boston, but at Tuesday's WWE SmackDown tapings, it was revealed who Cena will be taking on in his hometown when the WWE's staple November event takes place.

On this coming Friday's SmackDown that was taped Tuesday night, Alberto Del Rio came down to the ring and called out Cena as it was he who Cena beat at Hell in a Cell for the World Heavyweight Championship. Del Rio wanted a match right then and there and when Cena responded, Vickie Guerrero came out and told the two that they would square off at Survivor Series in a rematch for the gold.

Cena was rumored to either be taking on Del Rio in a rematch or to face Damien Sandow, who unsuccessfully cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Cena on a recent episode of Monday Night RAW. WWE has put a Sandow and Cena program on hold for now and it may happen in the future. Reports circulated that Cena may have also been involved in a traditional four-on-four Survivor Series elimination tag team match due to the WWE wanting to protect his recently-injured arm, but all the rumors were laid to rest at Tuesday's SmackDown tapings.

The Cena vs. Del Rio match and Randy Orton taking on the Big Show for the WWE Championship are the two biggest matches on the card, and the only matches to be announced so far with the event a little over two weeks away, but there are plenty of rumors involving other matches as well.

Over the weekend, WrestlingInc.com reported that the Survivor Series card was 80 percent complete despite the WWE not revealing any details until this weeks' programming. A heavily speculated match involving CM Punk and Daniel Bryan taking on the Wyatt family is all but confirmed with the direction the WWE has gone with their feud, which was furthered on this past week's shows. A match between both parties will either be a standard tag match or involve more superstars to make it into a traditional Survivor Series match.

The report indicated that there will be no more than two traditional matches, but there are several rumored ones including the one involving the Wyatts and CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. On top of that, there have been rumors of the Divas being involved in an elimination tag match or a match that would pair Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins with The Real Americans against The Usos and the Rhodes brothers. If the four teams aren't paired in a traditional match, all four may go head-to-head in a four-way tag match for the Tag Titles.

One heavily rumored match also involves Big E Langston challenging The Shield's Dean Ambrose for the United States Championship.

The Survivor Series will take place live from the TD Garden in Boston on Nov. 24, and the card will continue to take shape on WWE programming over the next few weeks.
