There was an interesting incident involving WWE star Paige following Money in the Bank on Sunday, but the details remain murky.

Photos surfaced online that depicted the two-time Divas Champion handcuffed after being arrested. There were initial rumors that Paige got into an argument with Alberto Del Rio.

The "Essence of Excellence" suffered a knee injury and was taken to a local Las Vegas hospital after a spot that took place during the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

While there was some speculation that the scene could have been an act for "Total Divas" or "Swerved," the latest reports that have surfaced state that isn't the case at all.

Paige was indeed detained by police Sunday night, but no charges were filed against her, according to WrestlingInc. She was also taken to the hospital, but released.

The site reports that the WWE is looking into the matter, but Paige obviously was able to compete on "Monday Night RAW" this week. The Norwich, England native was actually given a WWE Women's Championship shot against Charlotte, but lost when the reigning champion hit Natural Selection for the win.

Sasha Banks then returned to the fold, coming out and making a statement by grabbing the Women's Championship and aligning herself with Paige.

In another report regarding the incident, the police were outside of Caesars Palace for an unrelated incident, but ended up detaining Paige after she was seen running in the streets, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.

It's uncertain at this time if Del Rio had anything to do with the incident.

Rumors of Del Rio and Paige being a real-life couple surfaced when pictures of them kissing and getting romantic at a Disney theme park appeared online earlier this month.

At first, there were theories of it being a "Total Divas" angle, but it has since been confirmed that they are a couple.

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley had some fun with it, posting a meme of their relationship on Facebook and later commenting that he got the okay from the couple to use it.
