Nikki Bella has missed all of 2016 in the squared circle, but she plans on returning with a vengeance.

The longest-reigning Divas Champion of all time will return to a revamped women's division, though it's unknown how long she'll be out. Bella underwent neck surgery in January and was aiming for a summer return.

When she forges her comeback, Bella will have a new finisher as she can no longer perform the Rack Attack due to the impact the move has on her surgically-repaired neck. She's pulling out all the stops when it comes to finding a new signature maneuver, enlisting the help of her brother-in-law Daniel Bryan.

Bella posted on social media about working with "The Beard" in hopes of finding a new move:

Bryan retired from the squared circle back in February due to his concussion history keeping the WWE from clearing him for a return. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion plans on starting a family with his wife, Nikki's sister Brie Bella, and was worried about his long-term health.

Brie Bella followed suit shortly thereafter, calling it a career after leading her team to victory on the WrestleMania 32 pre-show back in April.

As for Nikki Bella, she is getting set for life in the wrestling world without her sister.

Nikki's boyfriend, John Cena, returned to the WWE last month on the Memorial Day edition of "Monday Night RAW," four months earlier than expected from a shoulder injury. It's likely the 15-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion is helping Nikki out as well.

Cena and Nikki have been going strong for four years, but it hasn't all been roses. The couple hasn't seen eye to eye on marriage and children.

"I just have things I need to get done," Cena recently told Rolling Stone.. "It's not negotiable. We've been to therapy over it. I don't think it will ever be over with. I'm stubborn as f--k and extremely selfish as well. I don't want kids, I don't want marriage. That's me just saying, 'Hey, this is my life and this is how I'm going to live.'"
