Tiki Barber is one of the many people who believe Johnny Manziel shouldn't return to the NFL until he cleans up his act.

Johnny Football is a free agent quarterback after being cut by the Browns back in March and hasn't landed anywhere else. His party boy ways and self-destructive behavior have kept teams from even trying to land him.

The former Giants star recently weighed in on Manzie's problems and said he's too risky for any general managers to pursue going forward.

"It's insane," Barber told TMZ Sports on Thursday. "You can't [sign him], he's too much of a distraction. In the NFL, it's always about, are we talking X's and O's or are we talking about all of the other stuff that's going on off the field. With Johnny, it's everything else off the field. I feel bad for him because he's one of those kids you wanted to root for. Even when he was screwing up early in the NFL, you just kept wanting to root for him, but he kept digging his own grave and unfortunately I think it's gotten to the point where if you're an executive, it's not worth the risk. And you don't know what the upside is, so it's not worth the risk."

Manziel has had many incidents over the last few months, the latest of which saw him get served with papers for allegedly causing over $32,000 worth of damage to a house he rented in Los Angeles for booze and drug-fueled parties with his friends.

After checking himself into rehab prior to last season, Manziel has been out of control, and it's already cost him his job with the Browns. Two agents have also dropped him since the incident, but he claims his friends and family are "with him."

"My friends and family are alright," Manziel told TMZ Sports last month. "They're with me."

Despite all of his well-known problems, he was very publicly spotted "wasted and chain smoking" at Coachella as he continued to struggle to stay away from the party scene

Manziel was also recently indicted by a Dallas jury for an alleged physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend, model Colleen Crowley. The blonde beauty revealed Manziel hit her so hard that she temporarily lost hearing in her left ear.

Until he cleans up his act, most GMs are going to agree with Barber and steer clear.
