Seth Rollins is finally back in the WWE and after missing nearly seven months, he returns to a very different company.
"The Architect" is currently feuding with an old nemesis in WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. Rollins is set to face the leader of the Roman Empire at Money in the Bank on Jun. 19 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for the richest prize in the game.
The feud makes sense since Rollins was never pinned to lose the title -- he forfeited it due to his knee injury -- while Reigns won the title three times in his ex-partner's absence.
Now that the New Era is in full swing, here are some options for Rollins after Reigns.
1) Enzo Amore
While maybe it wouldn't be a long-term feud, it would be fun to see Rollins mix it up with one of the Realest Guys in the Room. Even if it was just a one-match battle, since Amore is a tag team wrestler with Big Cass, this would be must-see. With the upcoming brand split, Enzo & Cass could end up on different brands, but hopefully the WWE won't split them. Seeing Amore and Rollins go back-and-forth on the microphone would be very entertaining.
2) Sami Zayn
The former NXT standout made his main roster full-time debut at the Royal Rumble back in January, two months after Rollins was sidelined. Both of these performers are two of the best in-ring workers on the WWE roster. Zayn may not have received the most favorable booking upon his arrival, but he has had in-ring chemistry with just about everyone he's crossed paths with. Zayn and Rollins could tear the house down if given the opportunity.
3) AJ Styles
This is easily the most highly-anticipated feud now that "The Architect" is back in the fold. Styles and Rollins could easily put on Match of the Year candidates if the WWE would run a program with them. Styles already showed how amazing he is in the ring by giving Roman Reigns two great matches at the last two major events. The "Phenomenal One" and the former Shield member could carry the promotion in the main event if given the chance.
Rollins recently opened up about wanting to face Styles.
"Everybody, but AJ mostly," Rollins said on 'Talk is Jericho' (via WrestlingInc) about which new stars he wants to face. "[We wrestled] once. One time 10 years ago, so we're two different humans at this point. I was 19 [years old]. He was 28 [or] something like that. It was two different people. Now [we are] two different performers. It would be great to get back out there. I mean, it was in a VFW in Muscatine [Iowa] or something in front of my friends and my grandma was there. This one and the next time I'm sure will be on a much bigger stage, so it will be nice to have that [come] full circle. And he's just a dude that I just love. He's just great, so that'll be awesome. And Sami, I haven't worked with Sami in a while, so he'll be cool to get in the ring with as well."
