AJ Styles and The Club are currently engaged in a feud with John Cena, but there's another marquee player Karl Anderson has his eyes on.

At the end of "Monday Night RAW" this week, the trio attacked the returning John Cena, sparking a rivalry that should be highly entertaining.

When speaking of his potential dream matches, Anderson recently said he wants to have a feud with Randy Orton more than anyone else on the main roster.

"Being in the WWE is a dream in itself," Anderson told Amarillo.com. "Being in the ring with John Cena on Monday night was something crazy. I'd love to get in the ring with Randy Orton. Roman [Reigns] was cool to be in the ring with, Dolph Ziggler would be really sweet. But I think Randy Orton right now would be pretty cool for me. He's somebody I look up to. We're about the same age but he's been on TV for a long time so it'd be pretty cool to get in there with him."

A program between the "Apex Predator" and Anderson will be possible once Orton returns to the fold.

Orton has been sidelined with a shoulder injury and had the ailment surgically repaired back in October. The WWE recently had a rash of injuries, but several marquee faces have returned.

Cena (shoulder) and Seth Rollins (knee) are two major Superstars back in the company, while Orton has suffered some setbacks and may take a few more weeks to return.

As for the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he has some ideas for potential feuds of his own.

When making a Middle East Film and Comic Con appearance along with his wife and kids in Dubai earlier this month, Orton participated in a Q&A and said he'd love to face Sami Zayn and Finn Balor down the line.

All of these new rivalries will be possible once Orton returns, which will hopefully be in time for the upcoming brand extension..
