The two-time defending champion Miami Heat's uneven 2-2 start has raised concerns about chemistry issues for the world champs.
In the wake of the Heat's two-game losing streak, All-Star guard Dwyane Wade was not only willing to admit some problems, he compared them to romantic relationships.
"Let me give you an example," Wade told SportsGrid.com. "If you're in a relationship with a woman for a long time, you start getting comfortable. You stop doing the little things that you should do, that you did in the beginning. It's just like a relationship. We got a little comfortable. Now, we have to get back on that edge a little bit." Wade seemed to be referring to his on-court relationship with LeBron James.
James, however, chose to be a bit more diplomatic in describing their relationship and the direction of the team. “It’s just getting back into it, not taking what we have for granted. “We’ve been together so long, you start to think we can go out and make it happen instead of talking through it. We lacked that the last few games."
