The 2016 NBA Finals are set to tip-off on Thursday, but Delta Airlines has already prematurely named the Warriors the champs.

During a flight on the airline, ESPN Cavaliers reporter Dave McMenamin shared a photo of the in-flight entertainment system, which had a documentary on the Warriors listed as the "2016 NBA Champions."

The title is actually a documentary on the 2014-15 NBA champion Warriors, so it was clearly just an oversight.

During last year's NBA Finals, Golden State took out Cleveland in six games. These teams are set to do battle in this year's championship round, with Game 1 slated for Thursday at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif.

The Warriors won Game 7, 96-88, over the Thunder on Monday to advance this far, while the Cavaliers downed the Raptors in six games in the Eastern Conference finals.

Golden State also defeated Houston in five games in Round 1 and Portland in five games in Round 2 as Cleveland overcame the Pistons and Hawks in four games in the opening two stanzas of this year's playoffs.

Much of the hype for this final round will revolve around two-time NBA champion and four-time league MVP LeBron James and Stephen Curry, who won the NBA Finals last year with the Warriors and has taken home two consecutive MVP Awards -- which includes the first-ever unanimous win this past season.

James knows how hard it will be to stop a Warriors club that won an NBA-record 73 games this past season, and to contain Curry and Klay Thompson.

"They shoot the ball extremely well," James said, according to USA Today Sports. "Klay and Steph are probably the two greatest shooters that we've probably ever seen. Obviously in today's game they are. Some of the shots, there's nothing that you can do about it. Better offense beats great defense any day."

When all is said and done, we'll find out whether or not Delta Airlines was right about a second straight title for Golden State.
