One reporter fears that Ciara could become the next Olivia Munn -- a scapegoat.

When Aaron Rodgers struggled early on during the 2015 season, many people lashed out at his actress girlfriend, blaming his high-profile relatonship with Munn for his issues on the field.

With Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson set to marry his R&B star fiancee, one Seahawks reporter fears she may deal with the same angst if her future husband gets off to a slow start.

In ESPN's 100 predictions for the 2016 NFL season, Seahawks beat reporter Sheil Kapadia said he believes that fans may eventually take aim at Ciara.

"At some point during training camp, you will hear the following question asked on sports-talk radio: How will Russell Wilson's engagement to Ciara affect his play?" Kapadia wrote. "I promise to do everything in my power to stop this, but I'm only one man."

Ciara and Wilson have been engaged since March, but they have plenty of other issues to worry about outside of their relationship. Most notably, Ciara's feud with her former fiance, rapper Future, with whom she has a son, continues to intensify.

The R&B singer was very agitated after Future called her "washed up" in comments she claims only were made as a way for him to trash her due to being "tormented" by her success and relationship.

Ciara and Future also don't see eye-to-eye over Wilson having a great relationship with Baby Future, as the rapper has been very clear he doesn't like it. The problems between the parties grew so large that Ciara recently filed to gain sole custody over the child, but it was denied by a judge in court earlier this month.

Despite all these distractions, things seem to be strong between Ciara and Wilson.

"I love my baby," Ciara told E! News earlier this month about Wilson. "He's always capturing cool moments."

The question now is: Will Seahawks fans have love for Ciara once the season starts.
