Khloe Kardashian is the last person who should be doling out advice about getting over exes.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has a sordid history with men, so she certainly has experience to draw on. Still, it seems as though she never truly moves on from these men.

Karadashian was all set to divorce Lamar Odom, but she paused the proceedings when he suffered a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October. It was noble of the reality star to want to be there for the man she once cared for and still loved.

The reality star wanted to make medical decisions for Odom and support him financially. Now that he's miraculously recovered, however, he's still a huge part of her life.

It's understandable that Kardashian wants to support someone she has a rich history with, but that history also includes Odom cheating on her and wrestling with demons of drugs and alcohol, problems which managed to crop up again post-overdose.

Kardashian has shown an ability to move on from the two-time NBA champion and has even been spotted out and about with another ex, rapper French Montana, on multiple occasions. Despite her seemingly inability to let go, Kardashian considers herself an expert on moving on from exes.

She put that perceived expertise to use to share some advice on getting over exes.

"The busier you are the less you are going to think about something," she said in a video posted on her website Wednesday, according to E! News. "So try to consume your thoughts with really productive things. Try to find a hobby and keep yourself busy in a really positive way."

Kardashian certainly keeps herself plenty busy, but spends a lot of time with Odom, whom she may not divorce anymore. She also offered other alternatives for getting over heartbreak.

"Or surround yourself by friends and family that you love that really occupy your mind-I think that is super important," she said. "The more alone you are the more you think about something. You're just going to overthink and our brains play tricks on us, which is never healthy. And eventually everyday it will get better and better."

Given the fact that she's unlikely to divorce Odom and still hangs around with exes, Kardashian may not be the most suitable person to be giving this kind of advice.
