There will be a wedding and a pregnancy featured on the upcoming "Total Bellas" reality show, but neither of those life-changing events will have anything to do with John Cena or Nikki Bella.

When speaking at NBCUniversal's Upfronts in New York City this week, Nikki and her twin sister Brie discussed the upcoming "Total Divas" spinoff, which will star the sisters, their family and their significant others this fall.

The show will see Daniel Bryan and Brie move in with Cena and Nikki while the longest-reigning Divas Champion in WWE history begins her recovery from neck surgery. And, as Nikki points out, there will also be some big events featured.

"There was a wedding and a pregnancy," Nikki told E! News when hyping the show. "We have a very fertile home, I guess."

While the statement could create a lot of buzz, the pregnancy and wedding have nothing to do with either Bella.

Brie is already married to Bryan and they just recently started trying to have kids. Cena and Nikki have different stances on marriage, so they aren't about to tie the knot or have a baby anytime soon.

The wedding is likely the one between former WWE "RAW" general manager and road agent John Laurinaitis and "Mama Bella" Kathy Colace, who exchanged vows on Sept. 3. Both Laurinaitis and Colace are set to be featured on the show.

The new reality program is also slated to feature the Bella Twins' brother, JJ Garcia, whose wife, Lola, is pregnant with their first child. The couple recently posted photos, leading to the belief that their pregnancy will be the one featured on "Total Bellas:"

Nikki called the show a "dream" come true, while Brie said she realized she and Bryan are the messier couple, but is also excited for everyone to see a different side of her husband.

"We're really excited," Brie said. "I'm really excited for everyone to see through Bryan's eyes and his perspective and get him into the interview chair."
