John Cena may be on his way back to the squared circle, but he isn't quite going full-throttle in the gym just yet.

The "Cenation" leader is set to return to action on the Memorial Day edition of "Monday Night RAW" on May 30. Cena has been sidelined with a shoulder injury and underwent surgery in January, but he's making his recovery four months quicker than expected.

Though he once again made an unbelievably fast recovery, Cena admitted he still has to hold himself back in the gym.

"I'm feeling great," Cena told TMZ Sports. "It's just a matter of doing the work, boss. I'm probably 30 percent off [in the gym] at what I was operating at in November 2015, but me at 70 percent is still pretty damn good."

The 15-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion said he plans to get back to 100 percent soon and he was able to race back to health due to heavy rehab.

Cena was out and about in New York City with his girlfriend, WWE women's wrestler Nikki Bella, who is the longest-reigning Divas Champion in WWE history with a run of 301 days.

Bella has been dealing with an injury of her own, as she underwent neck surgery in January and is eyeing a return sometime in the summer.

The couple appears to be very happy together and attended President Barack Obama's White House Correspondence Dinner earlier this month, however, they do have different stances on marriage and children.

"I just have things I need to get done," Cena told Rolling Stone about his issues against marriage and children. "It's not negotiable. We've been to therapy over it. I don't think it will ever be over with. I'm stubborn as f--k and extremely selfish as well. I don't want kids, I don't want marriage. That's me just saying, 'Hey, this is my life and this is how I'm going to live.'"

Bella has said in the past that kids are negotiable, but she wants to be Mrs. Cena somewhere down the line.

"Marriage and kids. I think I could sacrifice kids for him but I do want that ring one day, I want to be Mrs. Cena," Bella told the E! News in August. "Our life has become one and we make decisions together but I think I want that bling to walk around with."

Both will be back on WWE television by the time the summer comes to an end.
