"The Boss" is an applicable nickname for Sasha Banks as far as her goals are concerned.

The former NXT Women's Champion hopes to one day run the show as the general manager of "Monday Night RAW." Banks recently opened up about her career goals now that she's an integral part of the women's wrestling movement on the main roster.

"In NXT, I thought I achieved all I wanted," Banks told WhatCulture, according to WrestleZone. "Changing women's wrestling, having people respect me, yada yada. I want to win the Women's title. I want to wrestle in Japan, I want to be the GM of 'Raw.' One day at a time."

Banks as the GM of "RAW" would be pretty amazing, especially since the WWE has recycled the McMahon family drama from the early 2000s by putting Stephanie and Shane at the helm.

As for the Women's Championship, it appeared Banks would breakout as the next top star at WrestleMania 32, but the WWE has put her reign on hold.

Though Charlotte retained her belt in a Triple Threat Match against Banks and Becky Lynch, all three ladies helped steal the show that night. Banks has curiously been placed on the backburner since WrestleMania, which led to a lot of speculation that she was unhappy in the WWE after authoring a cryptic tweet.

Banks obviously has the passion for the business, so she was quick to clarify that her tweet wasn't a sign she was unhappy. "The Boss" has the skills, look and personality to be the next big star and she's already made some huge progress climbing the ladder in the WWE.

"I've only been in wrestling six years total," Banks said. "I legit came into WWE thinking I was going to be just another girl who did bra and panties matches, and I was okay with that because I wanted to be in WWE. When we finally got the opportunity to be like 'No, I want to be more than this,' I never wanted to go back to bra and panties matches because I saw that when I was growing up and it hurt me."

While many of her male fans would likely sign up for that, Banks and the women of wrestling are much better than bra and panties bouts these days. It appears likely she'll become the face of the division by capturing the Women's Championship at SummerSlam in August.

After that, she can work toward her goal of running "RAW."
