Becky Lynch is one of the best personalities and in-ring women's wrestlers on the WWE roster, but she isn't always booked strongly.

The "Lass Kicker" rose through the ranks in NXT and has made a nice impact on the main WWE roster, but has yet to truly breakout. Lynch had a great match at WrestleMania 32 with Women's Champion Charlotte and Sasha Banks, but was booked to absorb the pin.

Lynch has been unsuccessful on numerous occasions recently on WWE television, which includes a loss to relative newcomer Emma on last week's edition of "Monday Night RAW." The WWE has a great personality and in-ring talent in the "Straight Fire" star and should push her more than they have in the early portion of her career.

To his credit, Triple H seems to realize the kind of talent he has on his hands as he recently praised Lynch's work ethic while also talking about another Ireland native, Sheamus.

"Well because they both have an amazing work ethic," Triple H told 98 FM in Dublin, Ireland in regard to the two Superstars, according to WrestlingInc. "I've known Sheamus for a long time, he's amazingly dedicated, just trains hard and is a sponge for the business. He wants to learn and constantly grow. Becky is the same thing. Becky, from the time I met her and we brought her into the Performance Center, through her time at NXT. Her rate of change and how she's grown as a performer and a character, just captivated the crowd [with] her energy."

Lynch hasn't received too big of a chance to captivate the audience on the main roster.

Much like Sasha Banks, Lynch's push has been put on hold and she's become a bit of an afterthought in the revamped women's division. The orange-haired wrestler has a bright future ahead of her, but it's time for the WWE to recognize how good she is rather than using her to enhance others.

Her energetic and charismatic personality shines through on-screen, but it seems it's also reflected in her real-life personality.

"I always say Becky's energy is infectious," Triple H said. "You can't talk to her more than five minutes without feeling hyped up and jazzed up. I think that's what works for her, is her personality. But the thing that helps both of them, and I don't know if that's Dublin work ethic or what that is, they're just very hard workers and that's what it takes to get to the top of the game in WWE."

The time is now for Lynch to get to the top of the game.
