Johnny Manziel's chances of seeing Colleen Crowley are even worse than his odds of ever setting foot under center on an NFL field again.

The former Browns quarterback appeared in front of a judge this week and was told not to contact his model ex-girlfriend by any means and to stay away from her altogether.

"You can't call her, you can't text her, you can't email her, send her any letters or go to where she's at," the judge told Manziel, according to TMZ Sports.

The embattled former Heisman Trophy winner has seen his personal and professional life crumble around him in recent months. The Browns released him in March after he time and time again couldn't stay away from the party scene.

He's had multiple alleged altercations with Crowley, the worst of which occured on Jan. 29. After that incident, Crowley alleged that Manziel hit her so hard that she lost hearing in her left ear.

Manziel, who was said to be polite during the hearing, was also told he can't own or possess any firearms. A Dallas grand jury indicted the quarterback last month on a misdemeanor assault with bodily injury charge.

Despite his noted issues with alcohol -- including a rehab stint -- Manziel has had difficulty staying away from the party scene. His partying and personal turmoil caused the Browns to release him and two agents to drop him.

Last month, Manziel and his pals allegedly caused about $32,000 of damage to a home they rented in Los Angeles. He was also seen "wasted and chain smoking" at Coachella.

Manziel vowed to clean up his act in a statement, but has since been seen out partying. Perhaps appearing before the judge will be a true wake-up call, but salvaging his NFL career and convincing teams he's worth the risk will be an uphill battle.

"I'm hoping to take care of the issues in front of me right now so I can focus on what I have to do if I want to play in 2016," Manziel said in his statement, according to USA Today Sports. "I also continue to be thankful to those who really know me and support me."
