After both teams survived do-or-die Game 7s, the Heat and Raptors are getting set to clash in Game 1 of their Round 2 series as part of the NBA playoffs.

Miami overcame Charlotte in Round 1, while Toronto overcame Indiana.

In Game 7, guard Goran Drajic lifted the Heat with a game-high 25 points to propel it to the second round as the team won 106-73. Guard DeMar DeRozan dropped 30 points as the Raptors toppled the the Pacers, 89-84.

DeRozan paced the Raptors with 23.5 points per game in the regular season. Dwyane Wade notched a team-best 19 points per contest for the Heat.

Miami is in the second round for the fifth time in six years, while Toronto has made it to Round 2 for the first time since the 2000-01 postseason.

It was a quick turnaround for both of these teams as they'll begin their series after winning Game 7s on their home courts just two days ago.

"I don't want them to be relaxed," Raptors coach Dwane Casey said about his group per ESPN. "We're not done. We have a tough Miami team coming in."

The Raptors have won five of the last six meetings against the Heat, so Miami is looking to overcome diversity.

"You have to go through the fire together," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra told ESPN. "That's when you truly grow, when you face adversity together, you get to know each other for real. We've been through a lot this year. There have been a lot of emotions with that, but we are still standing."
