Aaron Rodgers isn't the only person in his relationship dealing with injuries on a regular basis.

The Packers quarterback knows first-hand just how much different ailments can impact a season on the gridiron. Rodgers had an up-and-down season in 2015, mostly due to his top receiver, Jordy Nelson, being out for the year.

As a quarterback in one of the most physical sports out there, injuries come with the territory.

Rodgers' girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, also knows what it's like to deal with injuries at the workplace. Munn will play Psylocke in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse" film, which is set to be released in the U.S. on May 27.

The former "Newsroom" star revealed she dealt with some damage during the filming of the movie.

"I've been banged up and put back together," Munn told Yahoo Movies (per The Inquisitr). "It's a very weird thing to be in so much pain and yet to be excited by it."

Munn went through a lot of training for the part and has even been known to flash her sword-wielding skills on social media. The actress was made for the role given her knowledge and admiration for the "X-Men" franchise.

"I come from a family that would talk about 'X-Men' as if it were the Civil War," she said. "Every week, we would go get the comic books. It was our childhood."

Rodgers may take risks every time he steps on the gridiron, but his girlfriend may be even bolder. Munn admitted to doing her own stunts in the filming of the movie.

"That was me from the beginning to the end," she said. "That was a really cool thing to feel like when I showed up on set I was like 'Oh wait, I can do this! Throw me onto a wire, give me a sword-I'm good.'"

As for their relationship, the world is wondering when Rodgers will pop the question to Munn, whom he's been dating since May 2014. When they do get married and think about starting a family, the actress will be very prepared.

"I did years ago, I froze a bunch of eggs," Munn explained on the 'Anna Faris Is Unqualified' podcast earlier this month per ABC News. "I went to the doctor and did the whole test and he said, 'You know, you actually have a lot of eggs. You're really lucky."
