Every year once the dust settles over WrestleMania, rumors surface about The Undertaker's impending departure. Every year, "The Deadman" keeps coming back.

The Undertaker hasn't been seen on WWE television since he defeated Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32 on April 3 at AT&T Stadium in Houston. Following the Hell in a Cell match, there was speculation that the 51-year-old legend will be hanging up his boots.

The rumors intensified when the WWE pulled 'Taker from the European tour, but one WWE legend doesn't seem to think it's the end of the road for him. WWE Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross said he believes "The Deadman" will be back.

"I get this question every day on Twitter," Ross said on his 'Ross Report' podcast (via Wrestling Inc). "No, I don't think The Undertaker is going to retire any time soon."

There have been a who's who of opponents left in The Undertaker's wake at WrestleMania, and it just wouldn't feel right if he unceremoniously went out after a feud with a non-wrestler in an admittedly game Shane-O Mac.

Ross said he believes the end will come at WrestleMania, but he isn't sure how many years down the line.

"I think that when he does retire, unless there is complete insanity [that] has engulfed the world of sports entertainment, that it will be the biggest news of the year, the last match for 'The Deadman,' Ross said. "And I think that last match for 'The Deadman' will be at a WrestleMania. When that will happen, I don't know. [WrestleMania] 33? I don't know. [WrestleMania] 34? Who knows?"

There were always rumors that he'd battle Sting once "The Vigilante" made it to the WWE, but with the face of WCW announcing his retirement at the Hall of Fame ceremony, that dream bout will never occur. Another name that comes up a lot around WrestleMania season is John Cena, who could face 'Taker next year.

Ross is usually spot on when he talks about things of this nature, so it's unlikely The Undertaker will be leaving the WWE this quietly after racking up such a legendary career inside the squared circle.
