Tim Tebow may still be unemployed when it comes to the NFL, but he still knows how to captivate an audience.

When the devout Christian former NFL quarterback speaks, people listen. Tebow always has a positive message to share and even though he hasn't thrown a pass in an NFL game since December 2012, as long as he's willing to preach, people will always come see him.

The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner appeared before 2,000 people at the Northside Christian Church in Fresno, Calif. last weekend to give those in attendance some advice about being a role model.

"You might think, 'I'm not a role model. There aren't these people that are looking up to me,'" Tebow said in his speech, according to The Fresno Bee. "And my response to that is: There is probably someone who is looking up to you. ... There is someone that their life is going to be changed because of you. The question is, 'Is it going to be changed for the better or the worse?'"

Tebow's on-field career has taken a turn for the worse, but the quarterback remains positive. The former Florida Gator won the national championship in 2008 and had some postseason heroics with the Broncos against the Steelers in 2011. After stops with the Broncos, Jets, Patriots and Eagles, Tebow is currently unemployed.

His last stop in Philadelphia came to an unceremonious end in September, when the team cut him prior to starting the season. Though his football career has hit the skids, Tebow continues to reach millions.

The current SEC analyst began spreading his message in college, when he wore "John 3:16" in his eye black and was told by his Gators coach that millions of people turned to Google to see what the message was about.

"He said, 'During that game, did you realize that 94 million people Googled John 3:16?' And honestly my first thought was, 'How in the heck do 94 million people not know John 3:16 ...," Tebow told the audience. "What a big God that we serve. I'm out playing a silly game, and I put these things under my eyes and it's amazing what God can do."

Just because he doesn't throw passes in that "silly game" anymore, doesn't mean Tebow can't still impact people off of the gridiron.
