The Golden State Warriors are just three wins away from tying the 72-10 record of the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls. But in a series, Bulls legend Scottie Pippen said they will easily defeat the 2015-16 Warriors.

Pippen said that if the two teams will be pitted against each other in a best-of-seven series, the Michael Jordan-led Bulls will sweep the Stephen Curry-led Warriors.

"Bulls in four," Pippen said via Seton, when asked about the hypothetical series between the two teams.

Pippen also has an idea on how they will slow down the Warriors duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Curry is averaging 30.5 points on top of 6.5 assists and 5.4 rebounds, while Thompson is averaging 22.4 points and 3.8 boards per game this season.

The Hall of Fame forward said that he will guard Curry, while Jordan will slow down Thompson. Pippen believes he has the tools to limit Curry's production.

"I think that my size and length would bother Curry a little bit," Pippen continued. "I think if I can keep him under 20, I think I'm doing good."

Reacting to Pippen's statement, Warriors coach Steve Kerr, who is also a member of the 1995-96 Bulls, said that it is hard for him to compare the two excellent teams. Kerr pointed out that both teams will have their own struggles because of the two squads are from different eras of basketball.

"If you actually put the teams in a hypothetical game, my guess is the Bulls would be called for a million hand-check fouls, and we would be called for a million illegal defenses when we overloaded the strong side," Kerr said via ESPN. "So the game would take, like, six hours because the refs would be calling stuff all game."

The Warriors improved to 69-8 with five games left to play in the season -- against the Minnesota Timberwolves and twice against the San Antonio Spurs and Memphis Grizzlies.
