For a couple that isn't getting back together, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian sure spend a lot of time together.

The reality star called off her divorce to the two-time NBA champion after he suffered a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October. Kardashian did so in order to make medical decisions for her husband and to support him financially.

Though the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has been insistent that she and Odom won't rekindle their romance, she was once again spotted out with him.

After spies saw them out to dinner on Friday night, Kardashian and Odom went to mass together in California on Easter Sunday. The couple didn't go alone, as Kourtney Kardashian's kids, Mason and Penelope were seen with them, according to U.S. Weekly.

The sordid past the two share have reportedly kept Kardashian from agreeing to a reunion. Odom has a history of cheating on his wife, and she's even more vulnerable now that her relationship with James Harden ended because the Rockets guard was also unfaithful to her.

Despite her stance on re-marrying Odom, the former NBA star revealed he still dreams of getting back into basketball and finding the spark with Kardashian again.

The "Kocktails with Khloe" star, however, has held off his advances.

"Lamar recently proposed again, saying they should have a marriage vow renewal," a source told Life & Style earlier this month. "Khloe said no. [She] just can't forget that Lamar cheated on her throughout their relationship. Khloe plans to reactivate the divorce and then find the right, trustworthy man to marry."

Though Kardashian has remained friends with Odom, she still appears to be open to something in the future.

"I mean, that would be like the best dream," she said per US Weekly. "Like, OK, I hope that first marriage could happen again, but it's really hard to erase everything that happened. Just building a friendship back is what I'm doing now. It has nothing intimately, nothing at all, just pure love, and I want someone to learn how to love themselves again."

Apparently, building a friendship back includes going everywhere with him.
