Colin Kaepernick knows he wants out of San Francisco, but he hasn't been consistent when it comes to which destination he desires the most.
First, it appeared as though the embattled quarterback wanted to head toward New York. With the Giants already having a franchise signal caller in Eli Manning, word broke that Kaepernick wanted to play for the Jets.
Gang Green is currently on shaky ground when it comes to its situation under center. It appeared the team was set to re-sign Ryan Fitzpatrick on the heels of his career year, but the two remain far apart in negotiations.
It's also unlikely the Jets will part ways with a premium draft pick to land Kaepernick, however, but the team is at least one potentially interested party.
Kaepernick had other motivations for wanting to leave the Bay Area for the Big Apple. The quarterback has been dating television and radio personality Nessa Diab, who is based out of New York City. The quarterback was even spotted in New York earlier this week, likely spending time with her.
While it appeared Kaepernick was hoping to land with the Jets, it appears they are no longer his No. 1 pick. According to a tweet by ESPN's NFL insider Adam Schefter, the former NFC champion has his eye on Cleveland.
Here's a sentiment not many have shared recently: Colin Kaepernick wants to play in Cleveland. Respects Hue Jackson. Browns-Niners talking.

The Browns are expected to part ways with troubled quarterback Johnny Manziel, likely as soon as Friday, so they do have a vacancy.
Cleveland is expected to take a quarterback with the No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft this year, but having Kaepernick in place while a rookie develops behind him could help the franchise turn things around.
Kaepernick is coming off of multiple surgeries and a down season that saw him get benched in favor of Blaine Gabbert before being lost for the season. Still, the Browns are in desperation mode and he could be a good fit there.
The Broncos, having lost Brock Osweiler to the Texans, are also said to be in play for the quarterback.
As of now, it seems Kaepernick wants to go to Cleveland, but -- given his past desire to play with the Jets -- it seems he may not totally be sure where he wants to go.
