Chris Bosh is heading back to court with his baby mama, and he and his lawyers have quite the description of Allison Mathis.

After reaching a resolution in their custody and support battle over daughter Trinity last year, Bosh and Mathis are prepared to go back to the courtroom.

In 2011, Bosh sued Mathis and Shed Media, which is the production company of "Basketball Wives," over his baby mama's role in Season 3 of the show, according to Bossip. The Heat star claimed that her continuing to be a part of the program would "infringe on his trademark and publicity rights."

Mathis was eventually dropped from the show and she counter-sued Bosh, claiming he lied to producers about her signing a confidentiality clause and cost her $250,000 by missing out on "Basketball Wives." Mathis demanded that Bosh pay the money he cost her in the TV deal and her lawsuit has been pending since 2011, while Bosh's was eventually thrown out.

Bosh's former girlfriend is now ratcheting up her claims and has filed to seek punitive damages for what he did to her, which can be up to $2 million in Florida on top of anything she earns if she wins the case, according to Bossip.

In spite of Mathis' claims that Bosh maliciously interfered with her deal, the two-time NBA champion and lawyers came armed with a response.

"Plaintiff, Allison Mathis, is a woman with virtually no career or employment history over her lifetime who filed this lawsuit in mid-June of 2011," Bosh and his attorneys wrote in an attempt to refute Mathis' seeking of punitive damages.

Things are also perilous for Bosh on the court as the Heat are expected to meet with him and urge him to sit out the rest of the season due to a blood clot, according to Yahoo Sports. Miami is 32-24 this season and sits in third place in the Eastern Conference.

While his time on the NBA hardwood may come to a close this season, he'll spend plenty of time in a different kind of court.
