Shortly after Super Bowl 50 ended, Panthers cornerback Josh Norman could be seen crying on the Carolina sideline after the heartbreaking loss to the Broncos.

Later during postgame interviews, Norman could be heard doing crying of a different sort, with speculation running high that Norman was calling out the officials during Sunday's game, according to NFL.com.

"It's hard to play two teams," Norman said multiple times after the game, a 24-10 Broncos victory.

"Keep pounding man," Norman said after the game. "Just make us stronger for next year and years after that and just continue to push through everything and beat obstacles. Because this is going to set in for quite some time. This is (Super Bowl) 50. The biggest one yet. ... It just sucks to be on the other side of the stick, man."

The Panthers really suffered only one horrible ruling during Sunday's game, although it was a huge call. Carolina trailed 3-0 in the first quarter when quarterback Cam Newton completed what looked to be a 23-yard pass to Jerricho Cotchery that would've given the Panthers a first down at their 38.

But the officials ruled the play an incompletion -- replays seemed pretty clear that Cotchery did have the ball. Two plays later, the Panthers faced third-and-10 when Newton dropped back to pass. The Broncos' Von Miller stripped Newton of the ball that Denver defensive end Malik Jackson recovered in the end zone for a touchdown and a 10-0 lead.

The Panthers, however, had ample time to recover, but committed three more turnovers, missed a 44-yard field goal to start the second half, allowed a 61-yard punt return, committed 12 penalties and allowed seven sacks.

But at least Norman didn't earn the worst Panthers postgame interview of the night. That went to Newton, who continually gave short answers until he got fed up with questions an left the news conference.
